Operation運營· Support the department head for the daily HSE management, roll out the related HSE requirements, program and maintenance the related HSE system records. 支持屬地管理者進行日常的HSE管理工作，并在屬地落實HSE相關(guān)的要求，推動HSE活動在部門內(nèi)的進行，并負責(zé)維護相關(guān)的HSE系統(tǒng)記錄。 · Responsible for the emergency devices management and coordinate for the maintenance to ensure the wellness of emergency devices, like FF related and health related; 負責(zé)所在區(qū)域的應(yīng)急設(shè)施的管理，協(xié)調(diào)應(yīng)急設(shè)施的維修，確保應(yīng)急設(shè)施的完好性，如消防相關(guān)設(shè)備以及職業(yè)衛(wèi)生相關(guān)設(shè)施。 · Familiar with the safety assessment tools and can check & inspect the related assessment; 熟悉安全評估相關(guān)工具，并能檢查和監(jiān)督現(xiàn)場對安全措施的落實情況的跟蹤。 · Take part in checking hidden dangers, regular follow-up of hidden dangers and kinds of inspection, closure of improvement measures for accident investigation, and timely report. 參加隱患排查，定期跟蹤各項隱患和安全發(fā)現(xiàn)項，以及事件調(diào)查的改進措施關(guān)閉情況，并及時報告· Supervise the use of PPE by employees, contractors and visitors according to company regulations按公司規(guī)定，監(jiān)督員工和承包商及訪客的個人防護用品（PPE）使用情況· Assemble employees according to their localities to report their near miss and hidden risk, and participate in the evaluation of the company"s near miss and hidden risk按屬地會集員工的未遂事件及隱患匯報工作，參與公司未遂事件及隱患評獎工作· Supervise and inspect the implementation of time for safety in each departments, and be responsible for archiving and keeping records監(jiān)督檢查各部門安全時刻執(zhí)行情況，并負責(zé)把記錄存檔保存· Participate in the annual emergency drill of the company and coordinate for the emergency drill of specialdisposal plan of in charge department, and put forward suggestions for improvement. 參與公司年度應(yīng)急演練，并負責(zé)跟蹤和協(xié)調(diào)所在部門落實專項處置方案以及現(xiàn)場處置方案的應(yīng)急演練并提出改進建議· Safety training and education should be carried out for employees according to the plan按照計劃，對員工進行安全培訓(xùn)教育· Join in safety meeting of department & area, finished monthly report and follow-up KPI as requirements, keeping communication safety requirements with area staff and make sure effectiveness execution. 參加部門和區(qū)域安全例會，按要求完成月度報告和關(guān)鍵指標的追蹤，保持和區(qū)域人員安全要求的交流，確保這個要求得到有效實施。 3.
